This is what your work in Central Switzerland looks like
- You treat patients with various neurological disorders such as stroke, MS, Parkinson's and spinal cord injuries
- You work with advanced techniques such as Bobath, PNF and robot-assisted therapy
- You use modern equipment such as treadmill training with harness guidance
- You draw up individual treatment plans and adjust them based on progress
- You work intensively with neurologists, occupational therapists, speech therapists and nurses
- You guide patients in their recovery towards maximum independence and participation
- You get all the time you need per treatment without administrative stress
- You work in a multidisciplinary team where knowledge sharing and collaboration are key
- You are involved in patient discussions and actively contribute to the overall rehabilitation process
Who are you?
- You are a qualified physiotherapist with a passion for neurology
- Experience with neurological patients is an advantage, but passionate starters are also welcome
- You have knowledge of Bobath, PNF or are willing to learn these methods
- You master German at the B2 level or are motivated to reach this level
- You enjoy working in a multidisciplinary team and communicating clearly with colleagues
- You are patient, empathetic and know how to motivate people during challenging recovery
- Flexibility in your work attitude comes naturally to you
- You want to continue to develop yourself in neurological physiotherapy
- You are open to working with new techniques and innovative treatment methods
